| Shipping | Buyer Pays All Shipping and Handling. Handling fees cover costs of packing materials and are kept to a minimum. Shipping charges include mandatory delivery confirmation by us. In order for a foreign shipment to be tracked it must either be Global Priority, Global Express or have insurance placed on it. DVD Compatibility Notice Regarding Our DVD Products: Notice is hereby given that Sicuro Publishing warrants that its DVDs manufactured from our derivative works masters are compatible with the current standard for DVD playback. No warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied is made by Sicuro Publishing that the DVDs you purchase will play on every DVD player in the world. If your DVD player is not within the USA 1-A Digital Standard or NTSC Format, the DVDs you purchase from us may not play on your unit. The playback of our DVDs may not playback properly or at all on a computer DVD player unless such player is also a recorder. There are some exceptions depending upon the make, model and manufacturer of your computer and its hardware. If the program on the DVD was recorded in the wide screen or other wide format ratio then the black borders on the top and bottom of the screen are normal for that particular program. Some of our DVDs are configured to start automatically except those that have chapters. If for some reason your DVD does not start automatically, just push play on your DVD remote or follow the on-screen prompt to begin playback. If you are uncertain about any DVD players ability to read the information on any DVD we sell, custom or otherwise, check the owners manual or the back of the DVD player to see if the number '1' or the letter 'A' appears on the manufacturer tag. If it does not, then some of the DVDs we sell may not play on that unit. Other units manufactured prior to the 1-A USA Digital Standard Format may play the DVD but may diffuse or distort the picture. DVDs we sell will not play on the PAL System or any system that is not compatible with the NTSC System. DVDs may not playback correctly if they are not properly connected to your TV or Monitor. It is highly recommended that your DVD player is connected using the "S" type connections or HDMI. Routing a DVD player though another recording device such as a VCR is not recommended as this can distort the picture quality by passing it though an analog device. Video tapes are all NTSC format and will not play in foreign countries. All of our DVD products are guaranteed which is noted in our return policy.
