Q: Which method of payment do you accept?

continue checkout: the next window will open up.

The next page is the invoice for your order.
Click on Pay Now: the Paypal page will open up.
If you are already registered with Paypal, follow through with the log in.
Otherwise, scroll down to the Don't Have a Paypal Account?' section ,
Click on continue, and using your credit card, you will be able to pay for your order.

Q: What I have to do if I encounter the following Paypal error -- PayPal Payment error – “Unable to process payment…address invalid..” “Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.” ?
A This error occur for the following reason

- Buyer has entered an invalid city/state/postal code combination on ProStores -
- Buyer has entered a shipping address on ProStores that does not match the shipping address of their PayPal account (based upon the email they entered in ProStores) -
Please be careful it is very important of entering accurate billing & shipping information
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your customer satisfaction policy?
A: All our products come with FULL MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE ... if you aren't pleased with your purchase!!! . Please give us a acceptable justification
Q: Are your Manuals set locked?
A No there are Not... But Include watermark Serial number and name of Buyer. invoice number and other private information
